"Opened in the Fall of 2013. For us, it is the culmination of years of professional culinary/hospitality experience, expressive design and construction, and craft beer artistry. Located in the rehabilitated Mill House, Mill House Brewing Company offers a warm, historic and visually appealing setting, casual, yet professional service, food cooked from as close to the source as possible, and artfully crafted ales. For our team, this means the commitment to the amazing farmers, cheese makers, and other artisans that make the Hudson Valley such an amazing place to live"
We at Burlock absolutely ADORE this place. We love their cocktails and for not being big on beer, we think their brews are quite delicious. They took first place at the burger and beer festival at Shadows recently. They kinda squashed their competition with their 50% bacon blend. Or should we say "smoked?"  Delicious either way.

a Tavola Trattoria, New Paltz, NY

4314233_orig6458714_orig"With inspiration drawn from the Italian countryside, A Tavola focuses on fresh local produce and ingredients in a rustic, family-style atmosphere.  The seasonally inspired menu centers on bringing the farm to the table and includes many creative homemade pasta dishes inspired by classics found throughout Italy. Stop in to A Tavola almost any evening and allow the warm country villa atmosphere, exquisite food and wine, and genuine hospitality draw you in...and leave you longing to return to the table!"
a Tavola is our favorite place to indulge in some incredible homemade pasta, and soak up some authentic rustic Italian ambience.

Il Barilotto Enoteca, Fishkill, NY

"features a unique blend of modern technique and Italian flavors.  Chic sophistication and old world charm create an atmosphere of comfort and style where delicious food and exceptional service are a mainstay.  ‘Enoteca,’ an Italian word used to describe a special type of wine shop (found frequently throughout Italy), is the perfect description for what Zagat reviewers in 2011 called “sublime” and “romantic.”  Wine Spectator has agreed for the past several years, as well, recognizing Il Barilotto with an “Award of Excellence” for our collection of well-chosen producers and high quality wines.  Come enjoy a delicious meal paired flawlessly with wonderful wine and experience our passion  for top-notch service!"
We at Burlock LOVE this place for lunch (and dinner)! Their incredible menu is packed full of delicious salads, pastas, sandwiches, and so much more. We love the struggle that comes with wanting to order absolutely EVERYTHING. When in doubt, we love ordering the Garganelli Al Profumo Di Tartufo, quill shaped pasta, pancetta, zucchini, marscapone, and white truffle oil.

5160152 7717702Riverview Restaurant, Cold Spring, NY

"A Contemporary American Restaurant with seasonally inspired menus featuring market fresh seafood, brick oven pizza, creative daily specials, in a casual, friendly atmosphere with spectacular views of the Hudson River and Storm King Mountain.
A Cold Spring Landmark since 1941"

Riverview is the perfect place to kick back, relax, and take in the beautiful scenery that the Hudson Valley has to offer. We love them most for their light and crispy Eggplant Parmesan and consistently fabulous service.

Gigi Trattoria, Rhinebeck, NY

4710653_orig"Best described as "Hudson Valley Mediterranean”, Gigi menus celebrate the seasonal bounty of our local farms with innovative, artfully crafted dishes prepared with the freshest Hudson Valley produce."
Try the Bianca Skizza and the Shrimp Caesar Salad, two Burlock favorites, or any of the rich pasta dishes and embrace the beautiful decor and prime Rhinebeck-watching outdoor seating.
