Behold, one of the most underrated cities in the country, St. Paul, Minnesota. There is something for absolutely everyone. From coffee meccas to fun zoos, full of zebras and lions and polar bears (OH MY), to beautiful gardens and awesome historic neighborhoods, any family is sure to have a fantastic time, not to mention the beautiful weather this time of year and the gorgeous sidewalks along the Mississippi River. Kopplin's (Best Coffee in the Twin Cities)
Everything was incredible. From the fabulous array of coffee & espresso options, natural sodas and fun selection of iced teas, to the bread and cheese spread and fabulous yogurt, house-made almond-cherry granola and local honey. Seriously, this meal was worth the trip to the midwest alone.
