Filled with rich history from its Prohibition days under gangster, Dutch Shultz, this project is replete with underground bunkers and escape tunnels. The founders are also staunch advocates of sustainable building processes and supporting the local economy. There are many layers to this project as it folds in retail, agriculture, tourism and manufacturing all while creating an anchor for Pine Plains that we are beyond thrilled to be a part of. Burlock will be designing their restaurant, bar, lounge, tasting room and retail shop. They will be set to open late this summer.
