Clifton

The Chelsea at Clifton is a senior living community with close proximity to Manhattan. So we needed to speak to the client's cultured and design-savvy clientele that would be residing here. The project is a mashup of different styles that are both fun and sophisticated. We always need to connect psychologically to the resident and their adult children who are helping to place them in this new environment. So it's important that the design be fresh, uplifting and most importantly, relatable to its elderly residents.

Our role on this project was to pick finishes and fixtures throughout-including the resident rooms. We also decorated approximately 11,000 SF of amenity space.
