Assisted Living, Sparta NJ

This 80 unit community in Sparta, NJ was aiming to show local residents that senior living can be stylish and fun. Burlock Interiors worked with the sales team of Chelsea Senior Living to help make that happen. We used their sales demographic combined with the visual texture of surrounding farmland and horse country to create a modern, farmhouse feel. This spoke to their clientele with a warm and inviting appeal. On this project we selected finishes and fixtures. We assisted with prototyping the resident rooms. We also designed and decorated about 13,000 SF of amenity space which included a theater, salon, activity room, dining room,...and much more.
